To cut or not to cut???

My hair is a mess. If anyone can remember the 70s cartoon Crystal Tipps and Alistair then that’ll give you a good idea of the state it’s in. I get it trimmed every few months and then just let it do it’s thing.

shorthair2 It’s got really dry of late so I’m plagued with split ends and frizzy bits and it’s going a bit triangular – not a good look.

At least mine isn’t purple…

So I’m been toying with the idea of getting it all cut off.

I found this photograph of myself, taken 12 years or so ago on my graduation day and it’s convinced me to call up my hairdresser and get her round to sort me out.

Colin’s not sure about it as he says this look is too boyish. I like it, means I’ll wear my contact lenses more and also go to the bother of putting lipstick on too to combat the boyishness of it all.

Just phoned my hairdresser up and she’s about to go on holiday – so going to have to wait 2 weeks for the transformation. Got it booked for the 5th August at 3pm – can’t wait!

Ooo, I’ve been thinking of having my hair shot for a while now (funnily enough the last time I did was when I graduated!) but have chickened out so far . . .

I reckon you’ll look great with a cropped cut – do post a pick when your hairdresser stops sunning herself and gets back to work!
