‘S’ Bangle
August 16th, 2009
Following on from my ring making frenzy, I decided to make a bangle for a friend of mine. I realised that if I formed the swirl on the ring in the opposite direction, it would look like an ‘S’ and that just happens to be my friends initial…
I used some thick round silver wire for this and formed it into an oval. Half of the bangle was then hammered flat, then annealed and then the ‘S’ shape was twisted from the flattened area.
I’m worried it might be too big, but I’m sure it’ll be simple enough to make smaller… *scratches head* …won’t it?
