New Idea – Sea Glass Rings
March 31st, 2010
More of an idea in process than work in progress this week. I’ve had an idea to make small versions of my sea glass pendants and turn them into rings for quite a while now, just not had the time to have a play. But because I’ve been itching to try the idea out for so long, I just had to get into the studio and do it and here is the result…

I’m really pleased with it. I’ve been wearing it all day and it’s not too big or heavy and looks really nice. If it was made with recycled silver it would make the perfect eco-friendly engagement ring! Who needs diamonds when you can wear jewels from the sea?

I absolutely love the sea glass ring!
How much? I’d really enjoy having such a unique piece of wearable art!

Have a look in my online shop as I think there are a couple listed there. I only make these rings to order now as once made it’s very difficult to change the size without damaging the glass.
