I’ve mentioned before that I live the double life of a designer/maker and web designer. I work in Edinburgh one day a week for a company called Wealthflow and my boss, Duncan Glassey, is doing something awesome later on this year that I’d like to share with you.
So that’s it! There’s no going back now! I broke up with my accountant on Friday and what better way to start a new week than registering for self assessment online!
Today I decided to break up with my accountant. We’ve been together since 2003 and we’ve had a great relationship, but I’ve decided that it’s time to go it alone and register for self assessment at long last and take charge of my annual tax return.
I have another new stockist to announce this week. Museums Sheffield visited me at my British Craft Trade Fair stand in April and were very taken by my antique silverware jewellery, particularly my collection of rings and most importantly those with a Sheffield hallmark.

There’s a little hidden gem in Burntisland – if you don’t know it’s there you would miss it. Round the back of the station there is a row of studios inhabited by jewellers, painters, crafters etc. This weekend they opened their doors to the public and Milo and I paid them a visit.
