Lots To Recycle!

Colin has been clearing out his office space and brought me home a box of delights today! I was really chuffed when he dumped this box full of  abandoned student sketchbooks at my feet and said they were all for me.

Cereal Box Notebooks – On Sale Now!

I’ve just listed 4 of my cereal box notebooks in my Milomade Shop.

These ones are made using envelope patterns for the covers and are all blue/white.

New Cereal Box Notebooks

I’ve been busy over the past week or so making lots of cereal box notebooks as I had a few donations of empty cereal boxes and envelopes from friends.  I’ve not just used envelope patterns for the covers this time though, as I thought maps would look good too and I was right.

I still have quite a few pages left from our old Road Atlas that I’ve used to make gift tags with and so decided to try a few of these pages for notebook covers and they look great.

New Stock for St Andrews

I’m busy getting ready for my next craft fair in St Andrews at the weekend and have been making lots of lovely colourful Button Flower Brooches and my studio is getting messy again.

I can’t seem to be able to be tidy when I’m working – there are buttons all over the place, along with bits of leather and colourful thread.

Looking for donations…

I’m doing a craft fair in St Andrews next weekend and thought I would put a post up requesting donations in exchange for goods to see if I can entice anyone to give me lots stuff to recycle into lovely notebooks.

I’m on the look out for A4 and large format envelopes with interesting patterns within them as well as flattened cereal boxes.
