Yay – just got a lovely surprise in the post today – the latest copy of Pulse, hot off the press. It’s a free monthly magazine that comes with the Scotsman Newspaper and this month there is a feature on Scottish Jewellers and I’m one of the lucky ones to be selected.

Hot off the press is the Summer edition of the UK Handmade magazine and if you flick through to page 88 you’ll find quite a lengthy interview with me! It was a while ago that I was interviewed by Teresa at Mimi Pearl for this so I got quite a pleasant surprise today when I was sent a link to the magazine to see the interview in print. Well I’ve been on Facebook since the beginning of April and I can’t believe I’m nearing 200 fans already! So once I hit the 200 mark I’m going to do another giveaway. This is to say a huge thank you for all the support my fans have given me this month and how much they’ve spread the word about Milomade across the glorious internet. I’ve been looking for some biodegradable grip seal bags for a while – something I can use to package my badges up for sale and keep a clear conscience as previously I have been using non-degradable grip seal bags that I bought years ago that needed to be used up. I found a good supplier online at last and ordered a box of 1000. The order arrived this morning and I’ve been itching to finish work and start printing out labels and start sorting my badges out into packs of 4.
