I just got my regular newsletter from Instructables and saw this fabulous video tutorial on how to make a beautiful box from a simple drinks can.
I really want to try this out – would be great for gifts or even as ring boxes for my antique silver rings!!

I ordered Colin a very unusual item for his birthday from a seller on eBay and it has just arrived. The item comes in a sturdy wooden box which measures 75cm x 15cm x 12cm. A few layers of bubble wrap and some cardboard would have sufficed to protect it on it’s journey here but…

I’ve just been sent a link to this lovely website by Teresa at Mimi Pearl – Have you heard of Jurianne Matter? If not, I insist that you go and check out here lovely work! She makes the loveliest things out of paper and I did actually notice her work on the Upon a Fold website a while back and added her to my list of favourites.
