Honestly – only a few weeks old and he’s already getting fan mail!

A parcel arrived for Milo recently, which was very exciting – I love the fact that it was addressed to him and not to me or Colin. I could tell from the packaging who it was from – all the lovely ladies at Fife Contemporary Art & Craft up in St Andrews.

So you’re probably wondering ‘Where the hell is Evie?’ and ‘Why isn’t she blogging anymore?’ – well – you might also be wondering ‘has she had that baby yet?’

The answer to that is yes I have and I’m happy to announce the arrival of baby Milo Andrews who ‘shot’ (quite literally like a champagne cork) into the world on the 4th April 2012. He was due on the 14th of April but chose to come 10 days early weighing in at a healthy 8lbs and 10oz (so I’m quite glad he came early to be honest!!!).

This year I’ve been giving out lots of the glass stars I made in my stained glass nightclass – all made from scraps of glass too small for main projects. I’ve handed them out to friends and asked them all to make a wish upon each star this Christmas… We’ve got one hanging up in the living room and tonight I made my wish…
