Shipping Information

Shipping costs are processed by weight and size of package and include the cost of packaging and a handling fee to cover administration.

Items are posted Monday-Friday only and Milomade aims to process and post out your order within 2 working days. A proof of purchase will always be acquired and a confirmation email sent out to you once your order has been shipped.

Within the UK Milomade uses 1st class Royal Mail delivery for small items. For larger items/orders Milomade uses the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service. For outside the UK I use Airmail – depending on your location, with the Airmail service delivery can take betweenen 1-4 weeks, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Some Milomade items are made to order and you will need to consider this when ordering items from my shop and add a few days on to the standard delivery times stated to allow for me to make your items.
