Wear a piece of history today with this beautiful and unique handcrafted sterling silver spoon ring!
Originally a teaspoon made in 1932 by Walker & Hall, Sheffield, I was recently discovered by Milomade and lovingly re-crafted into this ring for someone special.
This salvaged antique sterling silver teaspoon has been re-imagined and transformed into a wearable heirloom – something with a new purpose, beauty and charm.
Each ring in this collection is given a unique name of Celtic or Gaelic origin that relates to the designs on the teaspoon stems.
Gailf – Meaning golf. This ring design depicts a pair of golf clubs, so it’s perfect for any golf enthusiast.
However there is only one ring left and it’s the ring with the most worn design, so the bottom of the golf clubs is missing – see photos.
Available in UK sizes P to V (the rings are not ‘closed’ so can be adjusted)
A limited edition of 10
Rings are made and sized to order and despatched within four working days of receiving your payment.
Each ring retains the original hallmark* and comes with a provenance card that outlines the original maker as well as the city and year the teaspoon was assayed – all packaged in a beautifully simple, stylish glassine envelope.
*with a few exceptions where the hallmark is on the bowl of the spoon that is removed
