I’ve been working steadily over the past few months on a new collection of jewellery. It’s based on a few pieces I’ve always made and have sold successfully in the past. I just want to expand the range and develop it fully as I intend to launch the collection at BCTF next year.
There’s a little hidden gem in Burntisland – if you don’t know it’s there you would miss it. Round the back of the station there is a row of studios inhabited by jewellers, painters, crafters etc. This weekend they opened their doors to the public and Milo and I paid them a visit.

I’ve always hated the use of toxic chemicals in my studio and always try to limit what I use to the bare minimum, but when it comes to removing fire stain from silver, a pickle solution of some sort is required.
