Just a quick post to tell you about the Big Tent Fesitval which is on this coming weekend. It runs from Friday the 23rd July to Sunday the 25th July and is a jam packed weekend of fun and frolics set on the beautiful landscape of Falkland Estate in the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland. I’ll be there – why not pop along and say hello…
The Big Tent Festival is a fantastic weekend of music, arts and family activities mixed with stimulating debates on social and green issues. Wash this all down with incredible food and drink in the One Planet Food Village which celebrates the best in organic food and drink and you have a very special weekend.
Milomade will be accompanying ‘Audiences East Scotland‘ at their stall and displaying a range of goods made from recycled products. I will be there to talk about recycling, upcycling and sustainability from a craft perspective with regards to the Milomade product range and will be busy being creative and making things all weekend.
So come along and have a chat and see how Milomade things are made and the materials I source and use to make them. I’m in the process of coming up with my display and thinking of creative ways I can show off the materials I use to make my products so that you’ll be able to see clearly how I transform them from Trash to Treasure! I’m even bringing along my big button box so you’ll have the chance to plunge your hands into it and get lost in your own little lovely nostalgic memories.
I’ll be giving away lots of lovely Milomade badges and happy to take commissions as I won’t be selling at all this weekend. Also if I have time this week, fingers crossed, I’ll be sorting out a limited edition promotion to give 100 lucky punters money off their next Milomade order….I hope I have time to sort this out!
