When it snows the dog loves it – it’s her favourite thing in the world! As the golf course has been closed due to the bad weather it’s been taken over by parents sledging with their kids [weep] and dog walkers. Last week I took the dog up there every morning, afternoon and night as she loved it so much.
After a few days I had no choice, as soon as we left the house, she would be tugging me across the road towards the golf course. It’s so lovely to see her so happy and I can’t help but spoil her. I turn my back on all the parents and their kids as I find that happy scene too upsetting to look at as it’s something I will never be able to do and I head off in the opposite direction with Abee, knee deep in snow and loving it.
Watch this – I love the way she peers back at me once she’s managed to unstick herself as if to say ‘I did it! I got it!’
