I’m listing this item on my blog so folk on the Fife based freecycle network can see what’s on offer. This is a piece of furniture we inherited with the house when we bought it. I’ve been using it for the past year as a table for my sewing machine, but have just re-organised my studio and decided that I don’t have room for it anymore. I’m going to miss the drawers as I filled them to the brim with fabric, wool, thred and all my sewing paraphenalia – not sure where that’s going to go now.
Anyway it stands at 77cm high, is 154cm wide and 42cm deep.
Not sure what kind of wood it is, but it’s been painted white and could do with being either stripped back or totally repainted. It’s quite heavy. Here are some pics…

Well, I’ve had no freecyclers interested yet, so it’s still on offer if you’re passing through at any time – highly unlikely I know, but thought I’d mention it. If it’s not picked up by next week, it’ll probably end up going to the skip, but I think some charity shops collect furniture, so going to look into that, as it’s a nice piece, just needs a bit of work.
