Pregnant though I may be, I’m still very active on the DIY front even though in only small short bursts. I’ve been busy over the past few weeks trying to get my studio painted and just doing it bit by bit and it’s going really well.

One of the lovely gifts I received for my birthday this year was an Amazon gift voucher (thanks Kenny & Jose). So I treated myself to a couple of books and one of these arrived today. It looks amazing and I cant wait to get stuck in and try out some new techniques and ideas.
Yay – just got a lovely surprise in the post today – the latest copy of Pulse, hot off the press. It’s a free monthly magazine that comes with the Scotsman Newspaper and this month there is a feature on Scottish Jewellers and I’m one of the lucky ones to be selected.
