I see interesting patterns everywhere – even dull concrete can be an inspiration. I love the fact that nature always prevails and plants push their way through solid concrete just to reach the light. Cracks form under foot too for no reason other than decay and old age.

Kinghorn beach is mostly made up of the standard dark yellow sand, but we do get whole swathes of black sand as well that form intricate patterns on the beach when the tide goes out. At first light or at dusk you get amazing shadows that highlight the undilations and patterns formed by the shifting […]
I started a Pinterest board at the beginning of this year to store all the iamges and tutorials I came across with regards to making lockets. I add to it almost every other day.

As this song came on the stereo this morning it took me back to the moment I found out I was pregnant with Milo. I remember being in the car driving and it came on the radio and I’d never heard it before and thought it was amazing.
It’s hard for me to pin point my favourite David Bowie track as they’re all so amazing, but if I was on Desert Island Discs, this would be the one I would chose to be one of my 8 tracks. To me, it’s so uplifting and I love it when it comes on the radio […]
